You can't easily access the memory in such a way as to run file wiping software (to remove all traces of your files). However it's just as hard as that to run file recovery software as well. You'd need to be a software engineer with access to the right hardware to do either.

warning: everything in your phone will be gone. uncluding contacts and sms.
What I do is, back up my phone data using MyPhoneExplorer and then perform a master reset and restore again using MyPhoneExplorer.

actually the poster asked about actual data recovery like on a hard drive - but I think you'd have to have some pretty important data on your phone to be worried about someone going to the effort of performing data recovery on the phones internal memory - like the president or something

The authorities are given FREE software, which I have SEEN find a deleted music track on a CID36 W800i as a demo. I believe flashing could prevent this, but no chance to test it yet(I'm not supposed to know about the app'n)......best way is to not put stuff that sensetive on the phone in the first place; good luck
