I always use the actual 'c' button , i.e. with number 7 on it but someone else here also reported that the internet button works too

did you try either of those?

The computer wont even recognise the phone anymore, just nothing happenes when i press the C button anymore. Any ideas?

Restart the computer and the phone. Turn off any firewalls and try it again.

Might be an idea to reinstall the USB drivers.

Had the same thing happen once and reinstalling the USBdrivers did the trick.

one thing extra that I had to do when I had a similar problem was remove the battery from the phone for a short while (10 seconds) and then put it back in before doing the 'c' key press etc...
