4. Would like access to gmail through the built in mail application.

you can, set it up with your username, password etc and pop.gmail.com for the incoming server and your phone providers SMTP for outgoing
then click more, advanced and on incoming tab choose SSL for secure connections

An onscreen dialling pad would be great - similar to the one on the P910 with flip removed!

@Sardara dont see why one would be need considering that there is the keyboard that you can dial with. Much prefer to dial with buttons than using the touch screen

Why the heck does the screen flicker on a phone call?

Why does the phone dim really qiuckly EXCEPt when you're on a call? When it decides to drain your battery even quicker by staying on?

Why does ActiveSync just sometimes stop working? Or messaging download random files (and misses others)?

I think they can improve battery performance by not putting the backlight on full bright when the keypad is locked and a key is pressed, often accidentally

Also, if I manually lock the keys the lights should go out right away and not waiting for the power save timeout duration. clearly if I am locking the keypad I'm done with the device for now

there just seems to be no way to say "I'm done, turn the lights out!" like there is on windows mobile devices

Why does the calendar and tasks grow to 43MB+ and kill my phone? Why is storage manager completly incompetent?

@massuer, sorry for the late reply, I only got a chance to try it out right now, thanx once again

Another suggestion, in the notes application, the pencil width always get's reset to the thinnest (default) when it should just stay to the width that you chose last.

Would like to have the option of turning off the menu animations, it should improve the device's speed.

I'd like the ability to set up different Profiles instead of having to change the volumes of ringtones, alarms, message alerts, etc. individually. And then forgetting to turn them up again later. It's no use just lowering the ringtone volume and then have the message alert blast out from the phone disturbing everyone anyway! Also, I cannot seem to find a "Reply to All" option for emails with multiple recipients. Have I missed something here - it seems too basic a problem to have.
