I already got SEUS but it says u got the latest software and i know i dont have the latest Firmware .. and in my W550i i never used dics to phone is it necessary for w800i ??? ok ill try the method u told me thx bye

If you are in the warranty, go to the shop that you bought the phone, and trade it,
When a took my phone, it comes with a error on my mem stick reader. i try to flash the phone with seus, who update the phone, but the trouble still there.
so i went to the shop e trade the phone.
update the phone again, and it works perfectly. Then, you may look for some threads here in Esato forum (it will require some patience)and you will learn to make amazing things in your W.

if you don´t have the warranty, here goes a thread who will help you to flash your phone.
first step. - go to topsony website and register yourself there. this site there´s a lot of things to download.. www.topsony.com
leave your W full charged, always when you go flash your phone.

Had this issue before with a memory stick.

Master reset the phone with the stick in & it will sort the problem out.

Or you can just leave it till the phone software starts playing up & enjoy the extra storage space.

NOTE: If you go down the master re set route, You will lose all the things you have saved on the phone like games, ringtones, numbers etc so back everything up first!

I also have a problem please HELP!!

when i want to make my w800 a phone able to use FLASH THEMES and I conect my phone pressing C my cellphone turns ON (that should not happen) and the PC does not read it...could someone help me solve this problem THNAKS
