thanks for the support guys. Just an update I received an RMA number so I will be sending it back later this week. They say the turn around time is 7-8 business days from when they get it so we will see. I will keep you posted!

i think you are doing something wrong hotkinnz.... when you connect the cable select file transfer..... i had a problem doing that way. you must select file transfer if you want it to work
