i got it replaced same day.... was without it for about an hour at the most...
o2 (i bought it in store) replaced it, no arguments at all as it was within 28 days...
and i didn't lose anything cos luckily it was all on my memory stick..

I don't think that it's as bad as some people are stating. Come on, three or four out of the hundreds, if not thousands of K800 owners who visit the site isn't too bad. Still, there's always improvement! Least this isn't as bad as the M600
