They are all proxyied. Apart from this one. termina.com/proxy/
I can see the the topics but I can't read them or add to them.
I'm on the dialup machine at the moment..
Any ideas?

I used to have a great job at E///. The system people were the same there too, but the best thing was, I was one of them so I could always get around any restrictions.

try httptunnel and you will pass everywhere
httptunnel creates a bidirectional virtual data connection tunnelled in HTTP requests. The HTTP requests can be sent via an HTTP proxy if so desired.
This can be useful for users behind restrictive firewalls. If WWW access is allowed through a HTTP proxy, it's possible to use httptunnel and, say, telnet or PPP to connect to a computer outside the firewall.
this works good and its freeware

Atleast you guys can go on the internet at work!
We can't even open explorer. All we are able to do is check the e-mail and that's it!
Everything else is barred! We can't even start up a blank document on word!
