yeah had both too. The k800i does come with headphones, just not the walkman ones, go buy a set. The k800i has quite a bit more internal memory... well, in short its much better overall.... go for k800i

Regarding the size of the K800i, it's actually not that much bigger. Only a bit thicker, wider and longer. I have both, and there's not much difference.
The K800i feels much sturdier in your hand and it actually feels like you're holding something, hence, you won't drop it as easily

1)handy orange Walkman button
2)Walkman earphones
3)D-Pad navigation
4)Ability to use snooze when keypad is locked
5)Unbrand for free(look for debranding using far manger and xs++) and get those excellent flash themes
6)led light
7)megabass in walkman player
comes with 512mb card in box
Now ill tell you what the k810i has over the w810i
1) Better resolution screen, i thought the w810 screen was good but when i got the k810i the screen on that was beautiful, compared the pics on both phones the k810i one looked sharper, clearer and better.
2)5 alarms to set
3)play higher resolution mp4,3gp video files for example video res set to 240*320 whereas the w810i can only i stress only play videos at crappy 176*144 not at 176*220 its full potential.
4)mp3 player in k810i is the walkman player without the walkman branding
5)new option in mp3 player to widen stereo
6)Camera pictures trust me they are an improvement on the excellent 2 mpx cam on the w810i
7)xenon flash for photos
speaker on back of phone plays music clearer and with more distinction than the w810i
9)cover for camera lens
10)use video files as ringtones, get a video to play when someone rings, a nice extra i think.
So as you see the the k810i just pips the w810i but thats because of the features it has which are an improvement on the w810i. So your choice is->
A brilliant music playing phone with the best 2mpx cam -> W810i
A brilliant music playing phone with arguably the best camera this side of 5mpx -> k810i

Hmm interesting. I was aiming for the k800ibut i heard it that it has sound issues and the sound quality is worse then even a k750i...SO you say that the sound quality with the hadset is like the W810's ?
