I got one off Ebay in the us for $5 and it works great. However I would like one without the cable and just the jack in the side of the fastport if anyone knows?

Thanks

I bought a model without the cable - the jack was built-in into the fastport connector, which seemed to be very convenient. However, the jack was placed on the "wrong" side of the connector, so that it was impossible to use it together with the CST-charger or the CLA-60 car charger. Furthermore, one time, I accidentally tried to connect the fastport connector upside down, and after that, the contact did not stay in place anymore. I suppose that this may be one of the differences between cheap 3-rd party accessories and expensive accessories.

i thought these were very good . wanted one really bad cause the ones with cable break so easily after a few tugs. Is your one broken now?

@tupac

Mine isn't broken and works great. I just figured the concept of no cable sounded ideal. Anything to lessen the length of the long ass headphone cord ya know.

The idea with the cordless plug is brilliant, but after I accidentally tried to insert it into the fastport upside down, one of the long platic guides on the fastport connector obviously was damaged, so the contact did not stay in place in the socket anymore, so I passed it to the trash can.

Pity, though.

The seller called yiuchan.
(NOTE-the one I described in the post above was not this adaptor or from this buyer)
