ok all... firstly make sure u have:
1) Installed USB Drivers for ur phone
2) Installed Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS) ver. 2.6.7.9
3) U are logged on ur computer as admin
4) Updated Drivers for USB Controllers
5) There is full contact between the gold pins and ur phone when connected...
6) U got more then 1 USB Port please change it... and try again
7) when connecting the phone please make sure ur holding the C button continiously while connecting the cable.
Hold the C button until asked to release it...
9) Charged ur phone and its show 95 % or above on the phone
10) Cable's USB plug is properly connected to the USB Socket...
And please tell me what phone are u guys using?
and also please tell me ur computer specs...
