The K610 is fairly solid. Nicely built and seems to be quite reliable, though yes, the K600 seemed just a big more sturdy (maybe due to the larger size and thickness). Still, I only use it as a second phone to my W900, if I don't feel like lugging that thing around in my pocket. Nice and small but it is missing quite a few things that I would have liked.

I've got the phone in my hands now, and the frame around the cover is really thin, will it last as well as phones with larger frames (w800/k750)?

@david - Why return it mate I guess you are more after the fone's functionality rather than it's - shell I think it's the BEST 3G fone around (cheap too) . . .

Had mine for two weeks now. The build quality exceeds that of the K750i, I would say it is on par with the T630, which was quite good in its time. I already dropped it accidentally twice from waist level, and it survived without a scratch. Back cover rock solid (although that means it's a bit difficult to remove), no loose keys or creaking parts. If build quality is your only concern, go for it.

if you want a sturdy phone go for a noki smartphone eg: 6680 , n70 , they have really good build qaulity and less moving parts , however sony ericssons way better in terms of "phones"
