I got mine replaced as it was less than 28 days old. As it turned out I had to get the replacement replaced last week as the video call camera didnt work. New K800i now seems to be ok.

First one died completely. I turned it off and it refused to turn back on. Second phone had video call camera fault.

sorry to bring this back up but can you believe that ill dont have this back from the service centre...
and i had a letter that even when i do get it back it wont be fixed!
they said that becuse the handset is european spec (an import) its not under warenty in the UK.
just wondered if anyone else has had this problem in the past?
or is it just me and my bad luck

Where did you buy it. As far as I was aware it has a european warrenty so if you Buy it and have a receipt in europe then it is covered for repair anywhere in europe.
