Yeah I did get confused he he. The site you mentioned would be unlocked phones I would of thought because they offer models like the M600I on Orange and that's not been officially released yet.
I have used these people before and the cheapest they are doing is a 18 month £30 contract and the phone is £69.99:

Is this the same site where its very hard to get to speak to somebody? Anyone ordered from here in the past? Have got it for free on 12 month panther 45 contract which will be £540 in total. Will it be sim-free though?
It is not that hard to get to speak to them you just have to be prepared to sit in a long phone que, on avaerage 10mins

its not that, i dont mind paying £20 to get it debranded (with the £125 cash back hehe) i don't even mind buying a new front plate to replace Orange with P990 or quick share, its just being tied to the orange network for a 1 & 1/2 years,
i hate them but with a free p990 im all confused,

quick note guys, the site above, insurenace does not cover the p990 (or anyother PDA Style device) so dont choose the insureance opiton
