I have not tried w850 but seems a great phone. I own a k800 and can tell you is a great phone joystick has not presented problems and has everything you need in a phone, cam is outstanding and mp3 player is very good. Btw k800 is cheaper than w850 so if you can afford a w850 you can buy the k800 with a 1gb memory stick micro.
But I think you need to tell what do you use of the phone

The W850's camera is worse than the one in the W800, W900 and W810. I bet it's the same one as the one in the K610, which isn't too bad, although nothing compared to the K750 etc.

Decent photos, but without flash, which is a bummer. Because of the lack of auto focus details, like fur on a cat, appear messy and smudged though. Nice big landscape photos are pretty good though. Look here for the main thread with phtos by the K610:

Since W850 is purely for music listeners, a 2MP camera should be considered as a bonus. Plus, you get a 1GB card right out of the box.
