Having had a M600i a bit back and having a kjam and got one at the mo i gotta say the kjam edges it, it just seems better, yeah the M600i looks better and is smaller and has a better UI once you get to grips with WM5 it really cant be be beaten on a touch screen device imo
Saying that though the M600i is a marvelous little device and i am sure i will have another in the not too distant future
EDIT: Forget all that you have said XDA Mini not Mini S, get the M600i deffo if thats the case

I've had both and the choice comes down to this:
For a PDA with a built in phone get the XDA but for a device that's more of phone with PDA functionality get the m600.

well the xda mini is not a entertainment device as its only a 65.k screen colour and the speakers sounds like a tin foil, in the other hand the m600 has a superior screen quality with great speakers and a plus is that it can be used as a one handed operation.
