the w700 doesnt hav macro in camera mode like the w800 has
i donno why se makes such downgrade models wid the same price tag

The phone store offered me a W810i then suddenly changed their minds saying they not going to give it to me. They debated it for two weeks, the store manager said on the phone he was sending a W810i the upgrade to my phone then the W700i arrived in the post. I think i should be compensated for the downgrade and the long wait i had to take. The W810i is retailing at the same price the W800i was when i purchased it, i would think that you insure your goods for the cost price not at the depreciated price , they should lower premiums if that is the case. Anyone been ripped off by a mobile insurance company and want to take it further with me? Two heads is better than one.

I mean, if you bought a car 10 years ago, and it was worth $20,000, and it was stolen this year, you wouldn't get a $20,000 car from the insurer, you'd receive the equivalent of what it's worth now.

I do feel you too. But I think you need to ask for W800 again. It is not fair to someone in situation like yours to give a cheaper and worse phone in case he's lost his previous phone better than the other one. Go ask for the phone. It is not fair to do like that.
