No, but really, the worst they can do over the phone is say no! Just don't even tell them you flashed it, just say your SIM has been playing up and a possible cause is that it is outdated and you want an update.

Or just play dumb and say you have somehow got the wrong voicemail number, you have no idea how it happened, but you want it sorted otherwise your gunna join o2! that'l get them on the case

Orange wouldnt care less if you wanted to leave them & go somewhere else.

All you would get is a letter saying sorry your leaving us & your disconnection date.

I myself am already 2 weeks in to my notice period with Orange.

Not even had the barrage of texts from offering stupid deals to stay yet.

orange will not do anything.

Just ring them up 150 option 1 and then choose the handset fault one.

They will send you a sim update.
