Both the N73 and N80 are like that. N80 has a horrible horrible horrible horrible battery life so stay away from it.

also does it have jerks when you play the music in the background do u have jerks everytime you press a button?

N73 has a very decent battery time. Ofcourse it isnt as responsive as a K800 as its a smart phone, but rest assured, its very very acceptable. What else do you expect, its a complete powerhouse, its bound to be a little on the slow side.
