Yeah, this thread has been modded. Lotsa people were confused about the purpose of the original post and the question the user was asking. Its more streamlined now. Well kinda....

lawyers patented some of that? Besides the reverse engineering that manufacturers surely do to each other phones, there are always patents to prevent other from copying one's good ideas... Maybe
copied the folders system from Windows, or from some other small manufacturers...
