i know of another instance where jiggy jaggy ripped someone off by mis quoting a phone.... (not a cheap phone either.. the kind where you pay £800 for a SW update...)

He once sold me a P910i that had no signal possibly barred.
Took him a few days to send my money back.
Will Not deal with him again.
That was over a year back now.
have not said anything upto now but as its not just me, the time is right.

I had a situation with JJ but it had to do with communication.
I found that he is not prompt with replies. Some people are just late with replying and take their time.
(although I think it's wrong)

you mentioned that he was going on holiday? perhaps he is away for 2 weeks, I would say its very likely you will get a fast reply as soon as he is back in the country and realizes his friend has not posted the box.
very frustrating if you needed the box sooner yes, but not a big deal, I dont know anyone who would try to scam for such a low ammount.
Think about it logically.
