here is the update.
The 6 sec ab system is *drum roll*
SHIT!
I feel no pressure on my abs. (most of the pressure is on my thighs because I'm pushing down on them)
This is crap. The good old ab roll cruncher is much better and I can feel the burn with it.
Ah well.
At least this came with one of those electric ab moving things and a fat measure thing
So do NOT buy it. You will feel nothing! I put it on the hardest (supposed to be 50 pounds of pressure) and I do it like it's nothing.
