They've used the Esato image upload facility. Look just above the 'submit' and 'cancel post' buttons when you write a reply and you'll see a link saying 'attach picture'. Click it and follow the instructions
However, to save Esato's bandwidth costs you might like to use
www.imageshack.us instead for pictures that are non-mobile related (laffen quite rightly told me off once for abusing the esato image upload facility
)
