I'd say go to brixton ...the night life is excellent....just kidding stay well away!
I would personally recommend the kings road,and the usual touristy places like Leicester Square,Piccadily Circus,..Camden Town Market is pretty good,...also check the London Aquarium,London Zoo,Madam Tussauds and Planitarium next door.
If your into clubbing then Ministry of Sound,Stringfellows are ones to remember.

Brixton! Thats like a quaint villiage compared to where i was brought up. The Ferrier estate just west of Eltham and south of Blackheath. Thats the real ghetto.

Used to often pop down to Lee Green and have a drink in the new tigers
