Actually, I find the site very navigatable. Infact, I can't even remember it being in Spanish, since all the downloads etc are clearly marked.

it's not dodgy, they just don't have an automated system. I guess topsony likes to manually approve accounts. He'll reply within 24-48 hours, don't sweat it. It's not dodgy, trust me, it's a very handy site once you get your login approved.

you don't uase topsony to flash, only to get the files yop uneed to flash. You then use Davinci+far to flash. You should have a read of the links I posted above.
Anyone can do the flash, but it is a complicated procedure with potential to brick your phone. The above links give you all the inofo you need to do it right - but you have to read, read, then read again until you understand the process. I can't explain it in a few simple steps. If something goes wrong, you need to understand what you are doing to avoid making a mess.

Open the SEFP.dll file and also u need "the plugin needs Far Manager v1.705"...is that to open that file or what? and where do i get that from.. or how do i run this file..
plz sombody help. i was realy getting excited that im gonna make all these changes in my w800 but its not even running.

I really think this is a bit too complicated for you. This whole process is tricky, and the potential to destroy your phone is huge if you don't fully 1000% understand what you are doing.
From your posts it is clear you don't have even a basic understanding of different file types, what to do with them, running programs, how to follow instructions etc.
To avoid destroying your phone, I would seriously suggest you give up on this.
If you insist on continuing, please read thoroughly the information and instructions in the links others have been kind enough to give you.
All the information you need has been provided. You just need to understand it fully before even starting.
I don't mean to sound condescending, but it is complicated, and I don't want to see you destroy your phone through not understanding a very technical process.
