Well, on Amena (Spain), they launched the MMS service just two months ago, so they charge you 0.15 EUR, as for any SMS. This is supposed to be mantained just for a couple of months, as it's a special promotional price.
GPRS prices depends on the kind of contract you have: for prepaid lines, the charge 0.02 EUR per Kilobyte transferred (a way too expensive!). If your line isn't prepaid, price drop to 0.0075 EUR per Kilobyte, but you've to pay 1.5 EUR/month to get the GPRS service...
They also have special offers with a fixed monthly price: 10 MB/15 EUR, 25 MB/30 EUR and 50 MB/60 EUR. If you surpass the data volume, they charge you 0.0021 EUR per any additional kilobyte.

in us with AT&T there are different plans, but SMS is either 100 for 5.99 or 0.10 per SMS, no MMS yet soon.
GPRS is varied anywhere from 1 mb for 7.99 to 199.00 for 200 mb
Expensive here, hopfully when GSM goes full bore in the States competition will drive the prices down.

Chinese CMCC
per MMS:$0.0726
GPRS per KB:$0.0036
I think that's the cheapest in the world, but there's few users use them.
