All I can find out: Is that the biggest Multimedia Card is a 64mb card. The 128mb isn't avaliable yet.

Thx canaria but...

Although they are of the same size as the mmcs, are they mmc compatible?? For example my ericsson mp3 handsfree is able to read and the mmc reader is able to write them???

And something else. Are they cheaper compared to standart mmcs??

Any drowbacks?

Now i heard that the SD cards arent actually "pin compatible" with the MMC cards.
They are somewhat thicker than their counterparts.
Thats it and thats that. Now let us pray for the 128MB card to enter the market.
I will settle for that actually.
Since 128 MB is above 2 hours of play in 128Kbit/S.

JeffHarris ?

Are you using the 64MB card with your mp3 player for Ericsson ?
This cant be true... only 32MB??
64 is the absoulute limit for how low i can go... sh*t!
I hope that the player can adress memory storage above 32MB.

Hi,
I am trying to use my HPM-10 / T39m with a 64MB MMC card, without success. Always pops up the message "Insert music card". It seems, it is not recognized, although I can handle the card in the adapters paralell/usb any type.
I read on this forum that others could handle even 128 MB cards, true with T610. Is it phone dependent? I afraid yes, the phone has the software which handles the MMC card, but maybe I am wrong and there is some sort of solution.
Thx for any answer

I need to format the card with fat and not fat 32.
Hpm-10 only works if you format the card with fat.

I did it, but despite of this, my phone doesn't see the card.
