Also the "flashing colours" can be turned off. Overall I have noticed a huge bias to any other phone apart from the W850 with QVGA which doesnt really show any opinion that is worth taking any notice of at all in my eyes.
The D900 is very wide and the keys are not the best. The W850's camera is no where near as bad as people have/are (trying at times) to make out, the new Walkman is awesome, 1GB included memory, up to 4GB available (8GB soon), good looks, great flash themes and the list goes on!
Go for the W850, had it less than a week and already prefer it to any phone I have ever had (had a lot too!)

I like that I can update the firmware on the w850i although the thing should be perfect and bugless when I get it I'm all for improvements and the music player and 1gig memory card are also a bonus.
I like the stlye of the D900 and the 3.2megapixel camera and tv out also would get a free BT headset with this. Probably wouldnt use it with the phone but would on my pc.
w800i has been a good phone that also gives me a futther 512mb to play with if I go with the w850i.
Not liking flashing lights as IMHO pointless gimick. If I'm using the music player then chances are the phone will be in my pocket. I do know you can turn them off just not sure whats the point is in the 1st place.
I have had a samsung before flip phone with rotating camera thingy it was a good phone but limited to what I could put on it from the pc.
The SE I can pretty much do anything I want with.
At the min the SE is coming out on top but only slightly.

Oh and btw when the keypad locks the lights go out anyway, so the pocket thing wouldnt be a problem.

I would go for the d900, proably just for the pure quality and clarity of the screen plus its slim and looks better than the w850 and you can always buy a 1gb memory card.

@QVGA- Looks are subjective. I find the D900 dull and boring, samsung sliders look the same and uninteresting- lack of innovation. I will agree with you on the following though- great screen (samsungs generally have wonderful screens compared to the rest). Great video recorder compared to QCIF that SE uses on a number of their phones. Camera quality is NOT natural but enhanced giving a fake feel to the pictures. Then There's the terrible call quality and atrocious audio quality. Yes I've tested it

Plenty of offers about, free phone £35pm the d900 comes with free psp, of the w850 comes with free stereo bluetooth headset.
So now even more confused.
