I bought the HPM-65`s because I jog in the forests a lot.
By the way, the sound is excellent and it fits really good on my ear.

it has the controls
while HBH DS970 wud waste som amount of battery
hpm82 7 hbhds970 hav the same sound quality
i wud opt for hpm82

It really depends on your personal usage. Do you run alot? Or do you just use it occasionally to listen to music? I personally say don't get the bluetooth one unless your life is music because I have gotten some of the remotes mentioned and honestly I haven't used them as often as I think i would of.
