buy? a swap unit? but does not is qualify as a manufacturer's defect, which does not obide the warranty policy? i still have my warranty and my phone is not acting up, just wanted to know for the "in case" event... thanx a lot, helping as usual

when you buy a phone you get (normally) 1 year warranty.... but... there is also 15month warranty of production from production date.... once both the 1 year of purchase and warranty of production is over it doesn't matter if the fault is a production fault....
but then your country might have laws that you can use to get it fixed... like here... we have the consumer purchase of act, so if the fault is within two years from purchase you have the right to get it fixed without any charge...
