The W810i certainly beats the W700i in every way including looks, screen, bigger memory card, autofocus, activity menu etc. The only advantage for the W700i is that it is cheaper.
Basically the W830/850 is easily the best but also most expensive.
The W810 is in the middle and the W700 has the lowest features and price.
Perhaps your budget will be the deciding factor

Yes, the W850i is the only player with V2 atm. The W950i has a similar walkman player, but it's a symbian version that is a bit different from what I have heard.

I was just going off of this picture. It looks similar to V2.
I haven't seen one in shops yet though.
