What's wrong with a mid range Cybershot? 2 megapixels is fine, especially seeing as it's going up against the non-autofocus, flashless 6233.

there is going to be a whole range of cybershot phones, just like the
series which has low end and high end. The k800 aws the first high end cybershot, like the w800 was the first
phone and it was high end, then we saw low end ones.
i think we can expect the same from cybershot

More info, from eldar. If it hasn't been made clear yet, there will be a Walkman vesion of this phone, with v2.0
player, but it'll be announced later, maybe this week, maybe not...
