Ugly and impractical.
I don't see much SE in it TBH. The keys are horrible, and theres no way I'd want a Nokia 3650 style layout for those buttons.

No soft keys, looks really wide, placement of SE logo in jog dial??? The proportion of keypad to screen looks pretty off as well.
If SE were to ever produce something like this
It's really not a good looker.
