Here are the instructions you are looking for on the M600i, from the main screen choose the 4 dots which takes you into the main menu, then choose Tools, then control panel, then connections, then USB under the USB functionality and change to file transfer mode eh Voila! Hope that helped and may i suggest if space is not too much of a problem encode @198Kbps as this does give great quality.

i wish i was kidding you, its is not there, its has:
USB
USB functionality
phone mode
allow USB charging
next to the "allow USB charging" i can tick or untick the box but as for anything else to change it from phone mode to usb mode nothing, nothing where ?????
