space2, great idea, neat little program, thanks a bunch!

Things I would very much like to see in a succeeding version:
- Center the digital/binary clocks in the screen.
- Let the user specify the amount of time before the clock turns on (instead of choosing from pre-set options like 10 seconds, 1 minute, etc.)
- Flip-closed mode!

2) Yes, that would be nice, but that needs some more time, and withouth proper IDE it's a bit hard
3) And for FC mode I would need a P990 to test on , I have only a M600.

First of all thenx a bunch for this much needed application

Support for the flip closed mode would be a welcome addition for those of us that have the flip on.

Thanks for sharing this nice work!

For the wish list: Would it be possible to show (not cover) the top status line when the clock is shown? That way one could check for missed calls or messages without having to unlock the screen. This could be a new clock type with a transparent part in the top part of the screen.

Hello,

I have some Ideas ...

1-Shortcuts for calendar, time and loudspeaker.
2-Turn OFF and ON the 3G, so you can save battery in places with poor 3G signals.
3-Clock scrrensaver like K750 and W801 (that one you have it covered).
4-Auto keyboard lock.

Thanks.

Reginaldo

i tried your original version on my M600 but couldnt get out of it, when displayed as screensaver then i go to use the phone, i get message 'press (*) then (#) to unlock', but nothing happens it still remains locked on the screensaver. Had to remove battery and restart the phone.. I then uninstalled it..

Is there something i did wrong?

The phone is in "letter" mode, you have to press ALT too, ie the correct sequence:
ALT + * + ALT + #.
Will be fixed in the next version.
Btw, long press on back button should work also.

V0.3, just some minor changes:
- no need to press ALT, * and # is enough
- you can activate the screensaver immediately from the app
- I also changed some code which decides when to unlock the phone... might be better... or worse, still need to test it
