I want people to know that I still haven't received anything from him. It has been 2 weeks now and I just know he is having problems ( I don't know if he is telling the truth or not). He told me that he going to send me back my phone but he hasn't. If anyone can help me with this I would be grateful.

I know this will not make you feel any better but on the positive side, no-one has come forward and said anything about having had bad dealings with xdavex, so I would suspect something wrong has genuinely happened.

Hang in there mate, I know what its like and we all feel for you.

Yeah, from what i have heard he seems an honest and decent guy. I do remember him asking for any ways of making £250 to pay the rent a few weeks back, i know its no excuse but if he's having a tough time at the mo may not be feasible to sort your deal out. Saying that he should'nt of agreed a deal if he could'nt stick to it.

Good luck anyway mate, i am sure it will get sorted soon enough

@goldenface
That what I was thinking when I sent him my phone, but guess I was wrong. Well, I want to believe that everything will be fine.

@Scott
As you said there is not excuse to make the deal if he hasn't got the money. Or at least he should have sent me back my phone straight away.

Thank you both for your replies. It is good to know that some of the members in this forum care about other members problems. Will try to keep this up untill everything is sorted out. Thanks again!

Hi inferno, sorry to hear that you are going through this, I too would be concerned if I were in your shoes. Keep your fingers crossed, based on the fact that he is a trusted trader I guess you may get back your phone or money eventually.
Hope it all works out for you soon.
Bye.

If you do manage to get in touch with him, please remind him he still owes me £25... and has done for about 6 months.

kk.226 you should have mention it at the feedback forum. If I had seen that he had 1 negative I wouldn't have made the trade. Anyway hopefully he will see this thread and sent us both the things he own us. By the way don't you have his mobile number? Pm if you do please.
