Don't be so sure of that if he sends you anything that you sign for he can prove delivery and then it gets really difficult to prove anything. Personally i wouldn't risk it.

It'll be a real one. Nokia hand out phones for people to test, I get a regular e-mail from nokia about testing phones. They never pick me though
