as shaliron said, it's probably a slight problem with the connections of the leds. find the tutorial to open the phone and reconnect the led cable / replace the led cable etc.
if you are not happy with doing this yourself, contact
Sony Ericsson and take it to your local
Sony Ericsson service centre. (you may have to mail it to them)
