for swa sickness but they work like a charm.. put pressure on points in your wrists...

dont eat before the trip, reach the destination and then have a sumptuos meal. i usually do that when i have to travel by bus for long periods of time, (read 16hrs)

In the classic US version, you have to write a list of all the various US states and then tick them off whenever you see a car with a number plate from that particular state.
Not sure about the UK version but round where I live, the idea is that you have to spot all of the three digit numbers on the old style number plates between 000 and 999. Which obviously never f*****g happens...
Either way, I prefer to just sit there feeling sick
