Go get the W900 if you can. It's size shouldn't be much or a problem if he's been using the S700, and the camera is good. Keys are good and you get a good mp3 player as well. 470Mb of internal memory is a great bonus and to save battery life, just turn off 3G.

The rest of the SE (except K800) photo in low light are shameful too.
Even the K800 is shameful in capturing lowlight background landscape ( you just see complete dark background). N73 night photo has purplish tint but at least you can see something that is more than 5ft away.

btw who is the maniac wanna take the pic when there is no light at all or at least very dimmed light, wanna peep? lol... even professional photographer know that there is no way u can get best picture when light is very low.... don't take the advertisement too seriously when you don't even use it... as long as i know, N73 is superb for taking picture indor.... so issue like that is only made for advertising only

well if the phone was for me i'll be bias toward SE
.. actually if he hasn't lost his S700 i'll be bias toward SE phones just so that it'll be a lot easier for me to transfer his contacts but since he lost the S700 so i am open for any brand
with that in mind i crossed out N73 already just because i've talked to a friend who uses N73 and she said the phone hangs a lot and slow when closing/opening applications ... i've crossed out k800 and w900 but added Samsung D900
so now i am torn between W850 and Samsung D900 .. the upside for the D900 is the font size can be set bigger + it's thin + 3 MP .. the downside for the D900 is no 3G, short talk time?, unfamiliar menu
i've seen the w850 dummy and the navigation key is a bit hard to press since it's very small but i think it's still okay .. but can anyone tell me about the camera??? i know it's not as good as the k800 or probably not as good as my k750 but how bad is it?

comes down to personal needs and choice,i have three of the mentioned phones all from new and all are currenty going as we speak,coming from a n80 i got my k800i and it is way better ,and my w850 is very simalar in menus etc to da k800i but has a way better music player,as you would expect,was leaning towards
until i got mt n73, as i said each to there own,but would have to say in my oppinion that the n73 is the better of the 3,for my needs anyway.

n73 is gud overall but it hangs a lot as u already know ..
but still feel that if i would have been in ur place i would have bought k800....
It's battery life is the most longest ..has the sexiest camera ..and well sound is ok ..not bad ...
