@twerg lovin a bit of banter. Well we will see who wins, we have a much stronger top and middle order in my opinion. Yes Australia have a better tail with Brett Lee and Warny capable of big scores, and well Hoggard and Monty arnt the best with the bat, but we'll see what Monty can do in Adiliade with the spin.
Dont forget the ball is different to what the england players are used to, it doesnt reverse, and also it goes soft quick so big scores are on the cards after 20 overs.
You did do well with the bat, Ponting in awsome form this year, but its only the first match still a few too go. We will see what happens.

and as for our top end i think it is as strong as ever, with ponting still capable of double and JL still puttin scores up and the new guys hussey and clarke showing us their stuff i think this australian team is as strong as ever.

Australia will win, comfortably, Australia had a bad summer last cricket season, England wont win the ashes again for another few years.

I wouldn't say that around these parts either! But not too many people I know can actually it through an entire test. One dayers are more our kind of thing.

Whats with India this season, SA is killing them here...
Im an Indian supporter but they not playing well at all
