im looing for a beer making kit for my old man for xmas - dont want a flimsy one tho... want soemthing thats gonna really give him a good bevy

or potentially a wine making kit.....

i think beer or cider would prob go down better

You mean like a home brewing kit?

My god! I tried that once and was sick as a dog for a week.

Not a bad idea though. I was just about to ask what you would get your in-laws. I need some ideas myself.

The Planet Earth book is very nice buy already taken.

We have a 3 months old kitten and she's lovely - she's called Penny, though she can be an absolute monster! Already demolished a lovely plant I had for 6 years. She's turned into a beast.

yeh thats what i mean... ive also tired it once mate, but i was impatient so it was rubbish - but tehres gotta be some good ones out there - best ive seemed to find so far is:

theres gotta be soem home-brewers here tho (wheres cyco when you need him - you just know he brews his own - answer sunning himself on a beach with a taste beer in his hand i except - lucky devil!!)

anyone got any 'good' experience with these home brewing kits??

i also used to make vodka and archers but they were proper rough...
