I remember my first phone being a Nokia 3110 (NOT 3310!), a phone which was brilliant in it's time, relatively compact and quite a few features. Got it when I took out my first ever phone contract!
I remember my dad's first 'mobile' phone at the end of the '80s, a huuuuuge Panasonic mobile phone that you slung over your shoulder. I remember it weighed a ton when I had to carry the thing about with me for him once, my shoulder killed by the end of it!
