do you use PC Suite to synchronize? In PC Suite, look under Tools -> synchronize time. If you have the option Yes checked, then you will always sync up the time with your PC.

Yes, but my post was specifically about thhe P990 & its time keeping problem, i know a sinc will bring it in line with pc but if you bought the phone & never connected it to a pc you would expect it to keep time wouldnt you, i mean a cheap digital watch will, so why not a very expensive phone.

yes my phone and my brothers does the same thing. every week the clock loses 5 mins. use the pc suite to resolve the problem. i had a p900 and i had no such problem. i think its the new OS.

SO far my time's been okay - I have not yet used wifi but a guy at work uses the Wifi connection and his time changes - sure theres a link here!

Ahh, thatl be why i do...

Lets just hope the new firmware will have something to change this.
