i have a copy of the email i sent them on december the 7th - dated... so i guess i will hang on 14 days till after this date then try my luck with ofcom or someone.... basically i aint gonna pay them a penny now... no matter what happens... i dont want NTL anymore, theyre service is sh!t and you get charged for at least a 30min call (if youre lucky) to contact them..... all this was not mentioned in my contract - neither was the fact that id be over charged terribly and that everytime i had to phone id have to keep starting from teh beginning.... what a joke!
did you get anything sorted mate?
as for other presents... check your PM... (how old are you by teh way? )

They promised they would call me back on saturday with it all resolved but no call materialised so i called again last night, spoke to someone who had a clear understanding of english and who was remotely intellegent.
Explained the issue, he apologised, rectified it for me right there and then and as an apology upgraded my tv package for me free of charge for 6 months.
I then got him to email me confirmation of this so that i have it in writing if there are any future problems.
You want the guys email address? he's no-one important but he is definately someone that should be able to help resolve your issue.
