cancel it. you said you wanted to leave anyway, so don't pay into anything that will only benifit you in 12 monts time. if you try to cancel after 12 months, they normally manage to pull some crazy deal out of the woodwork anyway.

I agree, cancel Phones 4 Life as it's a con. My mate did it and you get really old phones.
They DO do MMS and GPRS at the moment though as I phoned up the other day for it and they were going to switch me on but I refused to pay £7.99 per month plus paying for any data downloads.
I too will be cancelling next May when contract is up. I'm going back to O2 direct as I was before as their customer service etc is much better.

did you know that o2 cannot tell if a call is a cross network call or not? they base their info on which network a phone no started out on, not where it is currently. therefore, you can get an o2 no and move to a different network and still be charged at o2-o2 rates, but if all your mates move their nos to o2 you would still be charged cross network rates to ring them after your free minutes?
not saying singlepoint are good (they're not), but they're not the crappest network

well on my phones 4 life I got a T68 so they dont do crap phones.
Problem is if you look in the back of the Sun I could get the T68 free on another network, may have to just do that at end of contract but will probably have to change me number though.

what tariff though mate? plenty of shops will do a free t68, but you'll pay £25 - £30/month line rental

you guys are all wrong. i got my phone from phones 4 u and im on single point and after a lot of hassel they activated it for me. you need gprs but dont ask for that, they dont understand it. call them and ask for mms to be activated. i dont pay a penny for it. read the "MMS almost there (i think)" thread (i think its called that).
if u wana email me ask ask me about it, do that rather than wait for me to reply via forum.

My contact with singlepoint will have ended on December 14th. Thank God!!!
Now I need to find a cheap place with good tariffs, not CPW or vodafone as they seem to have extortionate rates!!
£32 a month for 200 xnet minutes and 50 txts, they should be shot
