Lord have mercy! We users of mobile phones and similar communication devices have become "captive customers". Addiction to the latest services has turned us into virtual slaves. And the phone companies, and manufacturers, having realised this are cashing in on our weaknesses. Shouldn't we learn to restrict ourselves to the basics so as to be free from extra added on costs? lol thats well bad though charging him £950....i would have refused to pay it and then asked for something in return once it was all sorted for all the hasle they had caused
