No!
I guess I will have to stick with the USB cable connection but, that doesn't give me 3G speeds as I can't move the phone near my window which is the only place I can get a 3G signal.

You don't need pan to use the bluetooth modem - they are two completely different systems. On K800 etc bluetooth PAN gives you access to the gprs modem in the phone, but on W800 and K750 (non-pan phones) you can use the bluetooth drivers to access the phones internal gprs modem.
You need to setup a dial up connection specifying the bluetooth modem as the modem, using the special phone number your network provides. Don't worry it's not a real dial-up connection - it uses the phones gprs, not csd, to connect to your provider's gprs.

So I don't need to have the PAN activated on Blulesoliel. OK but I am sure I tried it without it first.
My best bet would be to phone t-mobile and ask for their help I think.

Yep, and you might have to ask them to put you through to 2nd level data support, the usual guys often won't know what you are talking about.

I've got a SE K510 and supports PAN... But when I connect to pan with BlueSoleil, phone connects to GPRS and computer say "Bluetooth: Getting IP Address" or something like that in Spanish after that, PC sends packets and no response...
I really don't know for what is "PAN"... What is?
Greets.!

Its just a way of managing you devices, internet connection and file manager using the bluetooth connection on your PC.
Your Personal Area Network.
Nothing too fancy.
