Who can you report this to...the U.S govt?
They will probably have you sent to Guantanemo Bay and charge you with being anti-american!
They are many such video's all over the web,some quite extreme don't you think the U.S is aware of them?

yes i've seen a picture where us squaddies made a kid hold up a piece of card saying "its safer here than at michael jacksons house", its not as bad but its still mocking there own country and they wont even understand it
