It is true, and perhaps the reason we haven't heard of it is because everyone would want it. And then the oil market would plummet. There was a program on this man on channel 5 once. To say that 99% of world problems are caused by the US sounds a bit far fetched, unless of course they're all tools of the dreaded ILLUMINATI!

What if the car did go ahead, that would leave many oil producing country's pretty much f-up. As many can only rely on oil for money and have nothing else to get money for!
