The 6510 rocks!! The resolution and the calender are cool. I'd prefer a 6510 over the 8310- the 8310 is too colorful and toy looking, and doesnt have better features.
I think you'd be happy with a 6510. Its my second preference behind the 3650, which i should be getting in a week!! They're awesome.

Both the 6510 and the 8310 are identical in features, execpt for the wallet on the 6510. Iwould recommend the 6510 as alot of the bugs found in the 8310 where overcome in the 6510
